J-M REPAIRS (THE SELLER) WARRANTS THIS ITEM TO ITS PURCHASER TO BE FREE OF HARDWARE RELATED DEFECTS FOR A PERIOD OF 30 DAYS FROM THE PURCHASE DATE. J-M REPAIRS WILL AT NO COST TO THE PURCHASER, REPAIR OR REPLACE THIS ITEM (AT THE DISCRETION OF J-M REPAIRS) DURING THE WARRANTY PERIOD. NORMAL PARTS AND REPAIR RATES WILL APPLY AFTER THE WARRANTY HAS EXPIRED. THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER DAMAGE, NEGLECT OR MISUSE OF THIS ITEM NOR ANY SOFTWARE PROVIDED. ALSO NOT COVERED IN THE WARRANTY ARE ITEM COSMETICS AND LAPTOP AND NETBOOK BATTERIES, WHICH ARE CONSIDERED CONSUMABLES. J-M REPAIRS, AT IT'S SOLE DISCRETION WILL DETERMINE MATTERS OF DAMAGE, NEGLECT OR MISUSE, FURTHER, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. J-M REPAIRS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGES INCURRED DUE TO THE PURCHASE OR USE OF THIS ITEM.

I certify that I am the owner of the computer being presented for technical service. Further, I agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless J-M Repairs and More (here in also refered to as J-M Repairs) and its employees from liability for any claims or damages of any kind or description that may arise from any computer work performed on my computer, even if caused by negligence of J-M Repairs, its employees or agents. If you are under 18 years of age, a parent, guardian or guarantor must also read and agree to the above statement. Service(s) are provided in an effort to fix, upgrade, or otherwise repair the computer system(s) for which you request such service(s). Your system will not be intentionally harmed. The primary goal is to fix your computer, not damage it. J-M REPAIRS will not be responsible for data loss. It is your responsibility to backup your data before submitting the equipment for repair. Payment for repairs are due within 30 days of requesting such services. Items left unpaid beyond this 30 day period become the property of J-M REPAIRS AND MORE.
